Hafgim

Hafgim is a power-hungry son of a wise-woman and merchant who grew up near Dallford. When he rose to the top of his home village as a wise man he moved on to bigger and better things and became a town councillor in Dallford. He has since risen to become the town’s effective mayor, although the position does not formally exist. He is actively campaigning to have the affairs of Dallford and The Keep separated. He envisions marrying into the nobility one day and ruling over an entire region. He wants to expand and improve Dallford and hates Belfic because he sees him as his main competition for power in the area.
