Babrakian Lowlands The Babrakian Lowlands cover the floodplains of the Babrak River and are governed by a relatively traditional human feudal liege lord system. The one notable exception was that the head of the noble house must be a sorcerer. The current ruler has taken full advantage of her situation. She has expanded the primary industry of farming the floodplains to capacity and is busily trying to expand trade. She has formed a close alliance with the Sybandites and is trying to acquire some of their shipbuilding secrets. Babrakia is on good terms with almost every other noble house. Their naval forces are second only to Sybandia and the large number of small lizardmen scattered about the countryside keep their military in excellent shape. Coordinator Naomi: female human Sorcerer
