He also shifted us to within a few minutes walking distance of the Elven [[~~WaterFall~~ City]], and helped [[Willow]] regain her [[Fey]] heritage again. And we noted an arrow suspended in mid-air far in the distance, which over time seemed to move... although extremely slowly.
