The Red Plains were founded almost exclusively by those freed or escaped from Orcish slavery. They named their rolling grasslands the Red Plains after the blood that they had risen from. Their government is loosely communist and the predominantly human population is generally happy. Farming and ranching drive their economy. They get along well with most of their neighbours but are openly hostile to any nobles that circumvent the rules against slavery, especially the Sybandites. The people of the Red Plains are unusually large and strong for humans. Their physical prowess and selfless dedication make any battle against them a costly one. <br />
