			The city is formed as a series of concentric circles separated by walls. Each ring of the city is progressively more gaurded. The shops, markets, and denizens scale with that power. This ranges from those outside the outer walls, the dregs of the desert with little power or wealth, to the powerbrokers and rulers in the innermost ring, spending lives like coppers and flaunting powerful magics.
